Thad Foster has had a busy year with his debut release "Tailgate Romance". The year started with a bang and Thad has been singing and playing his heart out ever since. "Livin' On The Road" is Thad performing at various venues across the United States. From the infamous Desert Bar in Parker, Arizona to places like Durango, Colorado and The Saddle Sore Saloon in Norco, California where folks rode their horses right up to the show! This CD chronicles the year when Thad Foster was "Livin' On The Road"! It includes "The Summit", the true story of Joseph Chiriaco and how he built a legacy in the Desert with only a dollar and a dream. Also, includes Thad Foster and The River Ratz* doing their take on the Johnny Cash classic "Folsom Prison Blues", as well "Amarillo By Morning" and "Your Cheatin' Heart" among others.

We partied at the Desert Bar in the extreme cold last January. Thad and his River Ratz had us dancing all afternoon. This CD really captures those moments when they are in their element doing what they do! They should have put Kaw-Liga on this CD thought because their version just maybe the best one out there...and I mean better than Mr. Hank Williams himself! But they at least DID include "Your Cheatin' Heart" which even got my elderly parents tappin' their feet. This CD isthe absolute perfect companion to "Tailgate Romance". "Jodi" is an awesome song too!-Wendy Walters





Thad rocks live!
I went to see Thad Foster his River Ratz last weekend and we just couldn't get enough. This CD sounds GREAT! I wish it had more than the songs it has though. Their version of "Folsom Prison Blues" would make Johnny Cash very proud because they do it THEIR way. They don't try to copy him or anyone else. They just play it like it's the last song they're ever gonna' play. Same with "Your Cheatin' Heart", they squeeze every bit of passion they can out of it and it just sends shivers down my wife's spine. I give this CD FIVE STARS!!!-Jeff Sorenson



I saw Thad play last year at the Saddle Sore Saloon and they rocked the house! They played what they wanted and how they wanted...meaning that even their cover songs were done the Thad Foster way....smooth on the music and rought on the vocals. My wife loves that raspyness in his voice! I liked the way they do Folsom Prison Blues as they encore too...it really leaves feeling like you want to come back for more.-Kris Springer
